Cómo medir
De pie y relajado, pase una cinta métrica por la parte más ancha de las caderas o del abdomen, lo que sea mayor. Mantenga la cinta horizontal y ajustada, sin apretar. Mida sobre la ropa interior, no sobre la ropa.
Entre dos tallas
Elija la talla mayor para un pañal con adhesivos: los adhesivos recuperan la holgura. Elija la talla menor para una ropa interior, que debe sujetarse sola en la cintura y las piernas.
